The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising care to clients in their homes, ensuring high standards of care in line with individualized care plans. This role includes assessing client needs during home visits, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing, reviewing, and signing care plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements. Flexible and part-time scheduling available, paid mileage and paid full hourly rate (DOE) per client home visit averaging about 15min/visit.
Personal Care Workers support individuals by ensuring a safe and secure home environment, assisting with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, and helping with errands and appointments. They provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities, offer personal care based on individual service plans, and accurately document each visit, including services provided and time spent. Flexible, part-time, and full-time options available, pay rate starting $17-19/hr.
